Privacy notice
How we handle the details you send us, in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
What we collect
Only what you type into our enquiry forms: your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, and the message or design brief you write. We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this site, and we have no customer accounts or shopping cart.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and arrange your order. That is the only purpose. We do not sell your details, we do not share them for marketing, and we will not add you to a mailing list.
Who else sees it
Your enquiry is stored on Cloudflare, who host this website and its database, and a copy is emailed to us through Resend so we notice it promptly. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that form submissions come from a person rather than a bot. These providers process the data on our behalf and for no other purpose.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries while they are useful for serving you and for our own records, and remove them when they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent to us holding it. Write to us and we will act on it.
